Feature
The alloy offers excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive media, including acids, alkalis, oxides, and chlorides. It performs well against strong acids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid. It also demonstrates outstanding stress corrosion cracking resistance in chloride environments, and maintains its mechanical properties even after prolonged exposure to harsh conditions such as high-temperature hydrogen, sulfur-containing compounds, and seawater. In addition, the alloy resists corrosion from both oxidizing and reducing gases.
Applications
This alloy is widely used in the following applications:
1.Chemical equipment, such as hydrochloric acid reactors and sulfuric acid evaporators;
2.Nuclear industry, including containers for nuclear waste processing.
