Feature
This alloy exhibits the following key properties:
1.Excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation, reducing environments, and stress corrosion cracking;
2.Strong corrosion resistance to various inorganic acids, organic acids, and chlorides;
3.Enhanced thermal stability and workability achieved by controlling the content of iron and chromium to suppress the precipitation of harmful phases
Applications
This alloy is primarily used in components that require high strength and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1800°F (980°C). Typical applications include nozzle diaphragms, burner liners, tailpipes, and exhaust cones. Welding may be required during the manufacturing process.
