
Haynes 230 Nickel Alloy
Haynes 230 (UNS N06230) is a nickel-chromium tungsten-molybdenum high-temperature alloy. It is strengthened by 14% tungsten and optimized with trace amounts of lanthanum, featuring high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and long-term structural stability at 1200°C. It is widely used in key hot-end components such as the flame tubes of aircraft engines and the radiant tubes of industrial furnaces.
