Inconel 690 Nickel Alloy
Inconel 690 (UNS N06690) is a high-chromium (28-31%) nickel-based alloy, specially designed to resist high-temperature oxidation and stress corrosion cracking. It performs exceptionally well in harsh alkaline and high-temperature water environments such as steam generator tubes in nuclear power plants and chemical equipment. Its low carbon content optimizes the intergranular corrosion resistance in the welding zone.
