Inconel 718 Nickel Alloy
Inconel 718 (UNS N07718) is a nickel-chromium-iron-niobium-molybdenum precipitation hardening alloy. It is strengthened by γ" and γ' phases and possesses both high temperature strength at 650°C and excellent fatigue resistance. Its outstanding welding properties and resistance to stress corrosion make it the preferred material for aircraft engine blades and rocket engine components.
