Logistic

At Nexusnova Materials, all our sheets and plates are packed in strict accordance with international standards to ensure protection against damage and loss during transit.
By default, sheets are wrapped with moisture-resistant brown paper and securely strapped onto sturdy wooden pallets. Upon request, we can provide enhanced packaging options such as reinforced steel bands or corner protection with steel angle bars for added safety-please note that these may incur additional costs. To meet diverse customer needs, we also offer fully customized packaging solutions based on your specific requirements.

Sea freight remains the most common and cost-effective method for most orders, and quotations are typically provided on FOB, CFR, or CIF terms. For urgent requirements, air freight options are also available.

FAQ

Q: 1. What are the main differences between nickel alloys, titanium alloys, and stainless steel plates?

A: Nickel alloys offer excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for harsh industrial environments. Titanium alloys are known for their high strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding corrosion resistance. Stainless steel plates are versatile, cost-effective, and widely used for their strength and resistance to rust and oxidation.

Q: 2. What industries are your metal plates commonly used in?

A: Our products are widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, marine, medical, power generation, and chemical processing industries.

Q: 3. Do you offer custom cutting or surface treatment for metal plates?

A: Yes, we provide customized services such as cut-to-size, surface polishing, pickling, and edge trimming to meet your project requirements.

Q: 4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for alloy or stainless steel plates?

A: The MOQ depends on the material grade and size. Generally, for standard sizes, we can accommodate small trial orders. For special grades or dimensions, a minimum quantity may be required.

Q: 5. Can you provide material test certificates (MTC)?

A: Yes, all our products are supplied with Material Test Certificates to guarantee compliance with international standards.

Q: 6. What are the common standards for your metal plates?

A: Our plates are produced in accordance with ASTM, ASME, DIN, JIS, and GB standards, depending on customer requirements.

Q: 7. How is the packaging handled for international shipments?

A: We use seaworthy packaging such as brown paper and wooden pallets with protective wrapping to ensure product integrity during transit.

Q: 8. How long does delivery typically take?

A: Delivery time depends on the product and quantity. For stock items, it usually takes 7–10 days. For custom orders, lead time may range from 2–6 weeks.
