Applications
Products supplied by Nexusnova Materials are widely used across industries such as Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Aviation, Power & Energy, Marine Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Medical, and Food Processing. Our global footprint spans Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and both North and South America, with trusted partnerships built on quality, reliability, and service.

Logistic
Nexusnova Materials packages wires to international standards-with coiled wire sealed in moisture-proof plastic, wound on wooden spools, and secured in reinforced wooden crates (which incur supplemental charges and may increase freight costs, especially for air shipments), and straightened wire protected in rigid fiberboard cartons with internal bracing-while custom packaging solutions are available upon request to ensure product integrity during transit.
Sea freight remains the most common and cost-effective method for most orders, and quotations are typically provided on FOB, CFR, or CIF terms. For urgent requirements, air freight options are also available.
FAQ
Q: 1. What materials does Nexusnova supply?
A: We specialize in nickel-based alloy wires (ERNiCrMo-3/Inconel 600), titanium alloy wires (Gr5/TC4), and specialty stainless steel wires (316L/2205), available in 0.05-5.0mm diameters with ASTM/EN/DIN standards.
Q: 2. What are the typical applications?
A: Nickel wires for aerospace turbine seals (900°C oxidation resistance), titanium wires for medical implants (ASTM F136 biocompatible), and duplex steel wires for offshore rigs (resists 50,000ppm chlorides).
Q: 3. Can you provide mill test certificates (MTC)?
A: Yes, every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 certificates with full traceability of composition, mechanical properties and surface inspection data.
Q: 4. Do you offer custom processing?
A: We provide precision cutting (±0.02mm tolerance), micro-polishing (Ra≤0.2μm), and hydrogen-annealing services per customer specifications.
Q: 5. What are your standard packing methods?
A: Wires are coiled in anti-static PET film + desiccant, with corrosion-inhibiting VCI paper for marine shipments (humidity <30% RH).
Q: 6. Can you export globally?
A: Yes, we ship to 80+ countries including USA/Germany/Japan, with dedicated customs clearance support for aerospace-grade materials.
Q: 7. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Standard MOQ is 10kg for stock alloys (e.g. 316L), while custom titanium wires start from 5kg with 6-8 week lead time.
Q: 8. How do you ensure product quality?
A: We implement triple-check QC: raw material spectrometry (PMI testing), wire drawing process control (ISO 6892), and PDA surface flaw detection.
Q: 9. What incoterms do you support?
A: FOB Shanghai/CIF main ports for bulk orders, with DDP door-to-door and express air freight (DHL/UPS) for urgent R&D samples.
