NIMONIC 105 Nickel Alloy
NIMONIC 105 (UNS N13021) is a high-performance nickel-based superalloy in the NIMONIC series, specifically designed for harsh environments subjected to extremely high temperatures and heavy loads. By optimizing the contents of elements such as aluminum, titanium, and cobalt, it enhances the precipitation strengthening effect of the γ' phase (Ni₃(Al,Ti)), and introduces tungsten to improve high-temperature strength. It possesses excellent high-temperature mechanical properties, creep resistance, and microstructural stability, and is mainly used in ultra-high-temperature core components in aerospace and other fields.
