
Hastelloy G-3 Nickel Alloy
Hastelloy G-3(UNS N06985) is an improved version of nickel-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy. By optimizing the composition (22% chromium/7% molybdenum), its resistance to mixed acid corrosion is significantly enhanced, making it particularly suitable for complex environments containing halides, phosphoric acid, and sulfuric acid. It has excellent welding properties and is widely used in chemical engineering, flue gas desulfurization, and pharmaceutical equipment.
