The Corrosion Resistance Of Industrial Pure Titanium Under Different Compounds

Mar 20, 2026

The corrosion resistance of titanium is classified into three grades:

Excellent - highly resistant to corrosion, with a corrosion rate of less than 0.127 mm per year

Good - moderately resistant to corrosion, with a corrosion rate ranging from 0.127 to 1.27 mm per year

Poor - not resistant to corrosion, with a corrosion rate of more than 1.27 mm per year
