Haynes 214 Nickel Alloy
Haynes 214 (UNS N07214)is a nickel-chromium-aluminum-iron high-temperature alloy. Through the addition of aluminum (4.5%), a dense oxide layer is formed, which endows it with excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance (at 1200°C). It also possesses good formability and weldability, and is suitable for use in high-temperature oxidation environments such as gas turbine combustion chambers and heat treatment equipment.
