KOVAR Nickel Alloy
KOVAR (4J29) is an iron-nickel-cobalt alloy belonging to the Kovar alloy series. Due to its thermal expansion coefficient close to that of hard glass (such as borosilicate glass), it can achieve high airtight sealing between glass and metal, and is a core material in fields such as electronic packaging and vacuum devices.
