Products Description
TC11 is an α+β titanium alloy primarily composed of titanium, aluminum, and vanadium. It offers a well-balanced combination of high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and favorable heat treatment response. TC11 maintains stable mechanical performance under both high and low temperatures and features good workability and weldability, making it widely used in aerospace, military, chemical, and marine engineering applications.
With a strength comparable to steel and only about 60% of its density, TC11 is ideal for reducing structural weight in aircraft and engines, thereby improving fuel efficiency. It also surpasses aluminum alloys and stainless steel in corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh environments. Its properties can be further enhanced through proper heat treatment, allowing it to perform well in high-temperature, high-load conditions.
Although TC11 is relatively expensive and may present limitations in certain welding scenarios, it remains a preferred material for demanding applications. As technology continues to evolve, the use of TC11 is expected to expand further, especially in aerospace, defense, and emerging energy sectors.

Feature
TC11 is a high-strength α+β titanium alloy engineered for exceptional high-temperature performance, surpassing TC9 in creep resistance and thermal stability. Strict impurity control (oxygen ≤0.20%, nitrogen ≤0.05%, etc.) ensures structural integrity at elevated temperatures. TC11 exhibits a tensile strength of 980–1080 MPa and a yield strength of 880–980 MPa, outperforming TC9 while maintaining 10–12% elongation for an optimal strength-ductility balance. Its key advantage lies in its high-temperature capabilities, retaining strength up to 550°C (50°C higher than TC9) with superior creep resistance. TC11 forms a dense oxide layer, providing excellent corrosion resistance in atmospheric, freshwater, and seawater environments, as well as in high-temperature oxidizing conditions.
