Inconel 601 Nickel Alloy
Inconel 601 (UNS N06601) is a nickel-chromium-iron high-temperature alloy. By adding aluminum (1.4%), a dense oxide layer is formed, significantly enhancing its oxidation resistance and carburization resistance at 1200°C. Its high nickel (58-63%) and high chromium (21-25%) composition ensures stable performance in an oxidative-reductive composite environment, making it suitable for high-temperature components such as heat treatment furnaces and gas turbine combustion chambers.
