Hastelloy N Nickel Alloy
Hastelloy N (UNS N10003) is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy specifically designed for use in molten fluoride salt environments. It exhibits outstanding resistance to high-temperature corrosion and radiation damage. Its low silicon content (<0.05%) effectively prevents intergranular corrosion and is suitable for advanced energy systems such as nuclear reactors and molten salt energy storage.
